The terms that apply when you shop with Nimba Market online.
By using this website or placing an order with Nimba Market, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or refund that item.
- We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or if we can't deliver to your address.
Prices & payment
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST is added at checkout.
- Some items are sold by weight; the final price is based on the actual weight.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where offered, you may also pay at pickup or cash on delivery.

Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, images and ingredients accurate, but packaging can change. Always check labels for allergens before use.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
