• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To contact you about your order or a message you sent us.
• To run your account, wishlist and rewards.
• To send promotions only if you have agreed to receive them; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with trusted service providers: payment processing (Stripe), delivery dispatch (our delivery partner) and email delivery. We never sell your personal information.

Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example tax records). We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or delete your account at any time from My Account or by contacting us. If you have a concern, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
